Robbie Wang is in his senior year of studies working towards his music education degree at the University of Houston.  There he has taken part of the University of Houston Colorguard, and the Moores School of Music Wind Ensemble under the direction of Tom Bennet.

Robbie has marched at Revolution Drum and Bugle Corps, a season at Colts Drum and Bugle Corps, and two seasons at Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps.  The upcoming summer will see Robbie Wang serving as a technician and teacher for the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps.

Robbie currently acts as a financial manager and technician for Code Black Winterguard from Houston, TX.  Before its inaugural year, he was a member of Emblem 281 Winterguard (2005 WGI IA Finalist) and Fortitude Winterguard (2006 WGI IO Finalist).  Robbie's teaching career is rooted in music teaching a hand bell choir at his local Methodist church, serving as a marching technician for the Friendswood High School band since 2003, and
teaching clarinet lessons privately.  His role in the Friendswood High School band has since expanded into being the assistant colorguard director at Friendswood High School and the colorguard director at Friendswood Junior
High.

In the future, Robbie hopes to go into real estate with his father, teach colorguard, and hopes to be a future educator of young colorguard teachers.
